At KMbridal®, we offer custom options for selected dresses, including custom colors, custom sizing, and selected design modifications.

🎨 Custom Colors

Looking for a Specific Wedding Color?

If you can't find the exact shade you need in our standard collection, we may be able to create a custom color for you.

You can send us:

A photo of your desired color
A bridesmaid color reference
A fabric reference
A wedding invitation color
A Pantone or other color reference, if available
1–3 inspiration images

Our team will review your request and determine whether we can match or closely reproduce the requested shade in the selected fabric.

🧵 Fabric Swatch Approval

For eligible custom-color orders, we may prepare a fabric sample based on your requested color.

Where applicable, a physical swatch can be sent to you for review before you approve the final custom order.

We strongly recommend reviewing the actual fabric whenever precise bridal-party color coordination is important.

Please remember that colors displayed on phones, computers, and photographs can vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and fabric characteristics.

The physical fabric swatch should be considered the best reference for the final color.

📏 Custom Sizing

Need something outside our standard size options?

Custom sizing may be available for selected dresses.

Depending on the dress design, we may ask you to provide measurements such as:

Under Bust
Waist
Hips
Hollow to Floor
Waist to Floor
Height
Height With Shoes

Additional measurements may be required depending on the dress.

Important

Custom sizing helps us create a dress based on the measurements you provide, but it does not guarantee that no alterations will ever be needed.

Every body is different, and minor alterations may still be necessary to achieve your preferred fit.

Please have someone assist you when taking measurements whenever possible.

Accurate measurements are extremely important because custom-made dresses are produced specifically according to the information you approve.

💍 Bridal Party Custom Orders

Planning dresses for your entire bridal party?

We strongly recommend contacting us before ordering if you need multiple dresses in a custom color or custom specification.

Ordering your bridal party together can also help minimize possible color differences between separate fabric dye lots or production batches.

For bridal party inquiries, please send us:

Tell us when your wedding or event will take place.

2. Dress Style

Send the KMbridal® product name or product link.

3. Color

Tell us your desired color and attach 1–3 reference images if applicable.

4. Quantity

Tell us approximately how many dresses you need.

5. Sizes

Provide the standard sizes or custom measurements needed for your bridal party.

6. Special Requests

Let us know about any custom length, coverage, design, or other requirements.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the customization is possible.

Depending on the request, we may also confirm:

Estimated production time

Step 3 — Review & Confirm

For custom colors, a fabric swatch may be provided for approval where applicable.

For custom sizing or design changes, please carefully review all measurements and specifications provided to you.

Production will be based on the details you approve.

Step 4 — Receive Your Custom Quote

Once the customization details are confirmed, we'll provide you with the applicable custom-order price or payment instructions.

Custom pricing may vary depending on:

Step 5 — Production Begins

Once payment and all customization details have been confirmed, your dress will enter production.

Custom dress production typically takes approximately:

20–30 Business Days

This is the production time only and does not include shipping time.

Complex customizations or large bridal party orders may require additional time.

Step 6 — Your Dress Ships

Once production is complete, your custom order will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping time depends on your destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

⏰ When Should I Order?

If you're ordering a custom dress for a wedding or date-specific event, please order as early as possible.

Your timeline should allow for:

Customization Approval + Production + Shipping + Possible Customs Delays + Final Alterations

Because custom production normally requires approximately 20–30 business days before shipping, we do not recommend waiting until shortly before your wedding to place a custom order.

If your wedding date is approaching, contact us before making payment so we can review your timeline.

Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed wedding-date delivery promises unless expressly confirmed by KMbridal® in writing.

⚠️ Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Please review all details carefully before approving your custom order.

Because custom-made items are created specifically according to your approved color, measurements, sizing, or design specifications:

Custom-made and personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law or where there is a qualifying defect or error attributable to KMbridal®.

This includes eligible items made with:

Custom colors
Custom measurements
Custom sizing
Custom lengths
Personalized specifications
Customer-requested design modifications

Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

For this reason, please carefully review your:

before approving your order.

Color Matching Notice

We make every reasonable effort to match approved custom colors as closely as possible.

However, slight variations may naturally occur because of:

Fabric characteristics
Dye lots
Production batches
Lighting conditions
Photography
Screen settings

For bridal parties, we recommend placing all dresses requiring the same custom color together whenever possible.
