What sizes do your Infinity Dresses come in?

Our standard Infinity Dresses are generally available in:

One Size: US 0–18
One Size Plus: US 18–24

I'm a US size 18. Which size should I choose?

Size 18 falls near the overlap between our One Size and One Size Plus ranges.

If you normally wear US 18 comfortably and prefer a closer fit, One Size may work well.

I'm petite. Will the dress be too long?

It may be, depending on your height and shoes.

Our standard floor-length Infinity Dress is approximately 43" / 109 cm from waist to hem.

Petite customers may choose to have the dress professionally hemmed if necessary.

I'm tall. Will the dress be long enough?

If you're taller than average, we recommend comparing the 43" / 109 cm waist-to-hem measurement with a dress you already own.

Remember to consider your wedding shoes, especially if you plan to wear heels.

How long does shipping take?

Our current estimated shipping transit times are:

Standard Shipping: approximately 7–14 business days

Expedited Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

These are estimated transit times and do not include order processing time.

Delivery may also be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your destination and selected shipping method.

Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, KMbridal® ships to selected international destinations.

Available countries and shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for standard returns.

KMbridal® does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Where do I send my return?

Please do not return your dress to any KMbridal® company or office address without authorization.

Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide the correct return warehouse address and return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Can I return a custom-made dress?

Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, or altered items generally cannot be returned under our standard return policy unless otherwise required by applicable law or there is a qualifying issue with the order.

Please carefully confirm all measurements, colors, and customization details before approving your custom order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
