  • Production batches

Because bridesmaid dresses are often ordered for color coordination, we recommend reviewing available color information carefully before ordering.

Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that naturally result from different screens, fabrics, production batches, or lighting conditions are not necessarily considered product defects.

If exact color matching is important for a bridal party, we recommend placing dresses for the same bridal party together whenever practical, as separately produced batches may have slight color variations.

SECTION 5 — SIZING & FIT

Customers are responsible for reviewing our current size chart and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.

Sizing may vary between different dress styles, fabrics, and designs.

Measurements provided on our website are intended as a sizing guide and do not guarantee a particular fit.

If you are between sizes or unsure which size to order, please contact us before placing your order.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Certain KMbridal® products may be available with custom sizing, custom colors, design modifications, or other personalized options.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and customization instructions.

Once production of a custom or personalized item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, custom-made, made-to-measure, altered, or personalized items may be final sale and may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review all measurements, colors, specifications, and customization details before confirming a custom order.

SECTION 7 — ORDERS, BILLING & PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders that:

  • Contain incorrect pricing or product information

  • Cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues

  • Cannot be successfully verified or paid

  • Are suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if your order has not entered processing, production, or shipment.

However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing or production has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot normally be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

Custom-made or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

SECTION 9 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing times, shipping methods, shipping charges, estimated transit times, international shipping information, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

All delivery dates and transit times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

SECTION 10 — WEDDINGS & EVENT DATES

We understand that many KMbridal® products are purchased for weddings, bridesmaid parties, proms, photoshoots, travel, and other date-specific events.

Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for:

  • Order processing

  • Production, when applicable

  • Shipping

  • Possible carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Exchanges

  • Alterations or tailoring

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your wedding or event.

Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, estimated delivery dates do not constitute a guarantee that an order will arrive before a specific wedding, event, travel date, photoshoot, or other deadline.

SECTION 11 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

For standard eligible returns, customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, altered, worn, washed, damaged, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
